• DBE bidders must be certified by

• Missouri Regional Certification Committee

(MRCC) which is the Unified Certification

Program. The MRCC includes firms who have DBE certification

with MoDOT, St. Louis Lambert Airport Authority, Metro, City of

Kansas City, and Kansas City Area Transportation Authority.

– Asphalt Paving: 19%

– Landscaping: 20%

– Concrete Base Bid: 19%, Concrete Bid Alternate: 20%

– Pavers (Historic Cobbles): 12%

– Metals/Rails Base Bid & Bid Alternate: 19%

– Signage: 20%

– Sewers/Plumbing: 19%

– Electrical Base Bid: 22%, Electrical Bid Alternate: 26%

– Temporary Flood Protection: 9%

Workforce Diversity– 2 On The Job Training each 1,000 hours (Concrete & Electrical)
