ATTENTION The system starts to pay a_en5on to what is appening in the area, also through monitoring and surveillance ac5vi5es. Eg: wide area monitoring, resources verifica5on.
PRE-‐ALLARME
The system prepares itself to the alarm; monitoring is intensified; local risk reduc5on interven5ons can be necessary. Eg: territorial watch is ac5vated; basements in risk areas are evacuated .
ALLARME The system ac5vates every local risk preven5on measure. Eg: local interrup5on of traffic.

The Municipality of Quiliano organizes a Civil Protection exercise with the schools
A first territorial watch system is organized: volunteers on pre-defined paths check also the precipitation through “manual” rain gauge sensors

Point of closure of urban roads are not sufficient in order to forbid traffic
in the road segments at risk.
• SMS to people resident in Tecci road • Traffic light for preventing the transit of non resident people in Tecci road
• Revision of urban road closure points, considering also non-guarded points (and planning in the next future the installation of automatic barriers)
