We work hard to recycle so

we don’t have a “WALL-E”

type of world.

We know how to

keep that recycling going in the right direction:

the idea of waste.

Every year BILLIONS of drink pouches end up in dumpsters and landfills

across America.

HERE’S WHAT TO DO:HERE’S WHAT TO DO:

1. Quietly go to each classroom with your team to get the Capri Suns. Show yourself as a GREEN leader!

2. Bring the Capri Sun containers back to our classroom.

3. For each grade level, count the number of juice pouches & report it 3 places:

• Your grade level chart

• The board chart for that grade.

• Report that number to your teacher & the computer chart.

4. Rinse out the container with soap & water & set aside to dry.

5. When we get a bunch, we will count them, bundle them into groups of 100, then send the bundles to Terracycle.

6. TerraCycle will give our school 2 cents for

every juice pouch we send them!

7. Keep reusable waste out of the trash!
