Annex A of DAO 28 Series of 1994 is hereto amended to include the following category: CATEGORY SPECIFIC ITEM LIMITING CONDITIONS Used oil Spent oil such as waste oil or oil residues No importation of tanker sludge shall be allowed; Spent oil shall have no traces of polichlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).
