Space issues Due to us being a family of 5 in a 2 bedroom flat we raised space issues which the council has

as yet been uninterested in hence our baby boy is in the main damp-ridden bedroom in a travel cot into which he can barely fit into when laid straight.

Page 14: Damp Presentation (2nd)

Space Issues cont'd He is unfortunately reduced to sleeping in a travel cot as the 2 wooden ones we have for him

are too large to fit in our room, using the travel cot we have very limited space and are unable to access our wardrobe without disturbing him by shifting the cot.

Here is an update, since these pictures were taken we have had several leaks of

water from electrical outlets which in turn has caused 3 visits by council

workmen, this is the story to the present day.

Page 20: Damp Presentation (2nd)

Upon seeing the leaks the council carried out repairs to the electrical

outlets in our kitchen.....

Page 21: Damp Presentation (2nd)

Still Live electricity here

Cooker switch disconnected, washing machine switch live but fuse removed, sockets

still live but cables taped up.

Page 22: Damp Presentation (2nd)

Lets take a closer look at those sockets and where the water could be coming

from.....

Page 23: Damp Presentation (2nd)

I am no electrician but the water seems to be coming

from above, lets have a look

Page 24: Damp Presentation (2nd)
Page 25: Damp Presentation (2nd)

Where on earth could all this water be coming from.....????

Page 26: Damp Presentation (2nd)
Page 27: Damp Presentation (2nd)

On the 21st we found this on the kitchen floor

Page 28: Damp Presentation (2nd)

We found the source of the water here too......

Page 29: Damp Presentation (2nd)

A nice mix of water and electricity....

Page 30: Damp Presentation (2nd)

What is the cause of all this water?, We believe the next few pictures hold the

answer.• The council workmen who attended gave us the

explanation that “ an Eastern European man who lives upstairs is bathing by pouring buckets of water over his head and the run off from this is causing our damp / leaks.”

• We don't believe the councils explanation holds any water.

Since the creation of the original section of this presentation nothing further has

been done by

Page 34: Damp Presentation (2nd)

So as of now this will be forwarded to various members of the press with the intention of attempting to see if any

national entities may be able to offer us the assistance which the city council has

been unable to thus far.Thank you for taking the time to view this slide show it

was made with the intention of creating awareness, this may explain why so many people have a lack of faith in

local government.
