NOTES 1. Cooler duty based on the greater of NAAS Feed (a total flow of 240 MMSCFD, 216 MMSCFD of which is recycle from the discharge when operating at a speed of 800 rpm, Ps =
700 psig, Pd=900 psig, Tamb = 32 C, and max gas outlet temperature of 115 F. The remaining 24 MMSCFD at 21 C and 700 psig, will mix with the 216 MMSCFD recycle stream)
and BpTT Feed (a total flow of 150 MMSCFD, 135 MMSCFD of which is recycle from the discharge when operating at a speed of 800 rpm, Ps = 570 psig, Pd=850 psig, Tamb = 32
C, and max gas outlet temperature of 115 F. The remaining 15 MMSCFD at 26.67 C and 570 psig, will mix with the 135 MMSCFD recycle stream.
2 The gas flow from each compressor side, i.e. throws 1, 3 & 5, and throws 2, 4 & 6, shall be sent to separate tube bundles.
3. Primary mean of capacity control will be achieved by setting pockets to required setting to attain design conditions at 1000 rpm. Lower flow requirements will be achieved by
speed reduction down to 800 rpm, and recycling afterwards.
