CyberHandler2 from 30KW to 520 KW

The indirect evaporative free-cooling Air Handling Unit

Flexible & Effi cient11 sizes from 30 kW up to 520 kW to fi t your needs with maximum effi ciency

The CyberHandler2 offers you a wide range of capacities, from 30 kW to 520 kW, in 11 different sizes allowing you to fi nd the best compromise cost/effi ciency according to your specifi c requirements. Each size will be an optimized and customized solution that perfectly fi t to your installation requirements with the maximum effi ciency and fl exibility. With an high effi cient indirect evaporative free-cooling design and using the industry state-of-the-art components the CyberHandler2 minimizes the running costs and achieve pPUE’s down to 1,02. The unique STULZ C7000 controller specially designed for precision control of mission-critical environments, with a proven track record of success within this industry, makes this product the most energy effi cient trusted option in the market.

Operation Modes & Benefi ts

•“Dry Mode” (free-cooling only): Adiabatics OFF Mechanical Cooling OFF

• “Wet Mode” (Adiabatic): Adiabatics ON Mechanical Cooling OFF

• “Top-Up Mode” (Mix Mode): Adiabatics ON Mechanical Cooling ON

The benefi ts of the indirect evaporative cooling:

• Outdoor contamination free• Evaporative cooling extends indirect free-cooling operation all year round• Unbeatable energy effi ciency levels with pPUEs in the range of 1.02 – 1.10• Lower total cost of ownership (TCO): reduced CAPEX, OPEX, maintenance, infrastructure costs, etc• Internal white space is reduced to a minimum, as the unit is installed externally• Simplifi ed installation: easier management of power cabling, pipes and water, not needed inside the white

space • Downsizing of the electrical infrastructure allows savings in CAPEX of 6-8%• Faster return of investment

2 configurations available to adapt to your installation requirements

• Configuration SH/RH*

In this configuration the horizontal path of the IT room supply and return air allow the units to be installed directly in the wall of the building in a perimeter distribution.

Installation Configurations

*SH: Supply Horizontal RH: Return Horizontal

• Configuration SB/RB*

This configuration allows the supply and return air to enter directly into the IT Room ceiling. No ductwork is needed on the roof.

An integrated DX Top-Up cooling system helps the Air Handling Unit to achieve the required cooling

capacity when the extreme outdoor ambient conditions are reached. The complete DX system (evaporator/

compressor/condenser) is inside the unit. The top-up DX system can reach up to 30% of the total required

cooling capacity.

Cooling Confi gurations

Indirect evaporative free-coolingThe ideal solution when the outdoor ambient

conditions are suitable to reach the room

supply temperature set point without the

need of additional mechanical cooling. Only

the adiabatic free-cooling system is enough

to achieve the required cooling capacity.

Indirect evaporative free-cooling with Top-Up integrated DX cooling system

Indirect evaporative free-cooling with CW Coil Top-Up/Redundant cooling

Indirect evaporative free-cooling with redundant DX cool. system

In this confi guration the Air Handling Unit is equipped with a DX coil (evaporator and compressors)

which connects to an outdoor condensing unit allowing the system to reach 100% redundancy only

with the DX system.

In case of extreme outdoor ambient conditions, the adiabatic cooling system is complemented by an

integrated chilled water coil connected to a remote chiller. Options for the full CW coil redundancy or

top-up are available.
