Training to safely defuse anxious, hostile, and violent behavior at the earliest possible stage. Experience utilizing training with clients with traumatic brain injuries.

Helped lead a team of thirty employees while maintaining active listening skills as well as the ability to develop probing questions to sustain consistent communication.
