• Led the effort to establish a company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; developed and managed the RFP process and established the implementation plan.

• Established the business model for the customer service department located in Overland Park Kansas. • Led the Product Management group consisting of business analysts, project managers and UI/UX Designer

in the development of the company's flagship BrokerMetrics®, AgentMetrics®, KnowMyMarket®, and Clarus MarketMetrics® real estate software product line.

• Led the effort with redesigning the company's external website. • Led the effort to change the development process from a Waterfall methodology to Agile. This effort

included the evaluation of tools, implementation of Atlassian JIRA tracking software, mentoring the SCRUM masters and teams.

• Part of the executive management team to identify and establish new software development lifecycle process to get to market more quickly and support it more efficiently. This involved all members of this small software company to determine first where the problems lied; presented findings; recommended solutions; ran the project for the implementation.

Charles Schwab and Co. San Francisco August 1995 - February 2012 Schwab employment began in the summer of 1995 as a contract Business Analyst and Project Manager in the Schwab Institutional Marketing group. In June 2000, I transitioned to a full-time position as a Director in the Project Management group working in San Francisco and eventually in Phoenix. In June 2005 I left the company to pursue a degree at UC Berkeley. From that time forward, I continued to contract with Schwab on various projects as a Product Manager, Business Analyst and Project Manager.
