Profile
My career has led me to specialize increasingly in the management of complex infrastructure and humanitarian
projects. I have experience in: project / program planning, monitoring & evaluation, procurement, audit & finance, strategic
planning; project governance and program management; operating within the tight financial disciplines imposed by ambitious
budgets; methodical administration to deadlines; project management plan; implementing a project management office
(PMO); monitoring and evaluation; and the application of some leadership methods. I have strong knowledge of all concepts
and principles of and approaches to international procurement, and of public procurement systems.
Master in Project Management, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certificate in International Development and
Social Change, bilingual (French and English), actively pursuing PMP certification (Project Management Professional). 10
years in the public sector as chief auditor and Program Manager of the “Public Investment Program PIP” into the Ministry of
Planning and International Cooperation, 1 year in an international environment as project manager in the humanitarian context
in International Organization for Migration (IOM), 9 years in education as professor of project management, strategic
planning, procurement, human resources management, business creation, accounting, tax system, MS-Word and MS-Excel
classes. 6 years as portfolio, program & project management, project designing, planning, monitoring & evaluation,
accounting, finance and audit consultant. 1 year as project management trainer.
My background, my professional experiences and my skills leave me confident in handling a position in an
international organization working in the development field.
