Research ExperienceProject: Factors affecting satisfaction level of outpatients at different public and private hospitals in Dhaka-The project was done as a partial fulfillment of the requirements for the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Applied Statistics.Key findings – Attention of the doctor to the patients, secrecy in doctor's chamber and environment of the hospitals are the key causes which affects customer satisfaction Satisfaction level also varies from hospital to hospitals like from private to public.
