Pharmacy Department, Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley, June 2009Pharmacy Assistant- Observed staff communicate professionally with elderly patients on a ward and scrutinise medication details.- Used organisational skills in stock checking for each medication and helped to fill out appropriate documents evidencing this.- Liaised with the Pharmaceutical team e.g. in correctly labelling instructions onto prescriptions.- Accuracy and attention to detail was important, e.g. in measuring liquid medication to ensure correct dosages were prescribed.- Administrative duties e.g. updating, managing files and record keeping.

INTERESTS Leisure interests include: sewing and embroidery and reading fantasy novels, I also enjoy long walks in the countryside. I have also undertaken some charity work in a local charity shop.
