Job Descriptions :

Make 3G PAC report to meet with costumer requirement, achievement for KPI, such as CSSR, HOSR, DCR. Coordination Team to do Drive Test Activity, Monitoring Alarm daily, Make justification for Bad Spot, Blocking surrounding site, and hardware degrade, analysis logfile, check handover Performance, check and create neighbor list, antenna tuning (azimuth, electrical and mechanical tilting).

Handling clusters and single site drive test route, drive test data post processing and report analysis. Antenna optimization and adjustment (antenna tilt, orientation and height).
