A good annual pack program planned a year in advanced that is shared with every family as a calendar
Annual program planning conference (年度計劃 )• Mid year (May – Jun) - plan for the next whole year (Aug – Jul)• Year end - another meeting before year end re-chartering
Monthly pack committee meeting (每月團務會議 )• Reviewed previous activities and update the progress for next 3

STEP 4Assign event and pack meeting planners/adult leader
Good planning and preparation in advance will lead to family satisfaction
• Must have trained adult leaders to lead activities• Most outdoor activities require outdoor training
trained• BALOO - Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation
• Out of county activities require local PERMIT- registered at council
• Driving direction, map, contact person phone & emergency contact
• Communicate activities frequently through e-mail
• Use Den Chief’s help if possible
STEP 5STEP 5Review your plan and publishOnce you feel comfortable, publish or email
your annual plan to each family
• Not everyone has an email account, so be sure your distribution reaches all families
• Sharing the annual plan with your families could be the most important step in retaining your Scouts and building tenure
