Creativ Algantico 70, a lime-based

filler material capable of perfectly imi-

tating fine, polished marble. Ideal for

smooth, colorfully iridescent surfaces

and Venetian plastering technique that

follows in the historical tradition.

Creativ Sentimento 78, lime-based

fine plaster containing marble dust for

mineral wall design with fine or coarse

textures. In fine texture applications,

the siliceous natural glimmer further

livens up the surface.

Creativ Metallico 76 for metallic ef-

fects with a smooth surface. A fabu-

lous interplay between glossy and matt

finishes is achieved through various

application techniques with subtle,

individual texturing.

Creativ Lucento 83 opens up count-

less opportunities for metallic wall and

ceiling designs which is given a very

special depth effect by the translucent

effect additive Creativ Cristallo 183.

Creativ Tenero 84, the new velvet

effect filler material creates especially

high-quality surfaces with a reserved

metallic gloss. The silk matt velvet

effect makes a particularly elegant

impression on large surfaces.

How are trends created?

The results of intensive research

Can we foresee the future? Or even predict it?

The American trend researcher and futurologist John Naisbitt has come to the conclusion

that “the most reliable way to forecast the future is to try to understand the present.”

We followed this recommendation in collaboration with international trend scouts and the

Brillux Color Studios: People’s needs, cultural and social changes, the spirit of the age and

current values are all critical for understanding the present and for formulating trends.

Color plays a very central role in this context. It makes trends visible and palpable. In our

new trend booklet, we introduce you to four strong new color trends:

“cool universe”, “soft pastels”, “playful happy” and “industrial modern”.

All color shades in this brochure are produced using offset print-ing. For technical reasons, deviations from the original color shade and degree of gloss may arise. Viewing under various light sources (daylight, artificial light) can also reveal color shade differences between printed samples and original sample.

What could harmonize better with a technologized world than metallic

wall design?

“cool universe” gives products like Creativ Tenero 84 and Creativ Lu-

cento 83 a look that is out of this world. A counterpoint is offered by the

calm surface of the mineral filler material Creativ Sentimento 78, but the

addition of Creativ Floc 47 glitter allows us to reach for the stars .

Together with the dark Sentimento base color shade, the surface

creates an impression of the vast galactic expanses of the

“cool universe”.

“playful happy” is pure love of life. The

color shades of this color world are

reminiscent of folklore and originate

from different cultures. They have

been playfully mixed together into

a color world of their own. “playful

happy” takes an exceptionally dynam-

ic, powerful, cheerful and enthusiastic

tone with color shades such as violet,

red, may green, magenta, turquoise

and a radiant yellow. A self-confident

color world that conveys spirit and

passion in opposition to uniformity.

The color palette of “industrial mod-

ern” is based on black, gray and gray

brown shades. A strong mustard

yellow, a deep wine red and turquoise

blue are cool eye-catchers. Natural

materials like wood, leather, fur, metal

and stone intentionally retain a vintage

look to foster a reflective mood. The

primal surfaces, textures and shapes

of wild, rough nature serve equally

as inspiration alongside elements of

industrial design.

With the realistic look of rusty iron, the wall design expresses authen-

ticity and “handmade” character. This effect is perfectly achieved with

Creativ Tenero 84 in the application technique in rust look. A modern

loft atmosphere arises from the combination with wall surfaces having

the appearance of exposed concrete. A dark green wall with Creativ

Sentimento 78 applied in a coarse texture sets the scene for the overall

design.
