But can you meet God there? in yours? “Pray for and seek the peace and prosperity of the city, for as it prospers, so will you” says the Lord (Jeremiah 29). In our new series we are doing just that. Who knew church could be like THIS?
APRIL
There is no greater work than the work of God’s kingdom. There is no higher purpose than sharing God’s glory, grace and truth in our place and time. The “Church” of Jesus was born for this. But the church is NOT buildings and programs or institutions run by clergy and staff. The “Church” is the body of Christ – imperfect people in whom Christ lives and through whom Christ unleashes His kingdom in our world.
In March we celebrated how far we’ve come. We dedicated ourselves anew to God and where he’s taking us forward. This month we embrace our mission field – Miami and the nearly 150 nations of the world represented here. I’m so excited to share with you what God has in store!
