Issam Dairanieh is the Global Director of BP Ventures. Issam heads-up the team that makes strategic investments in energy technologies of interest to BP. Prior to moving to Alternative Energy in 2006, Issam spent eight years with the new business development division at BP Chemicals where he conducted product and application development as well as technical service and commercial development. Issam has B.S. degrees in Chemistry as well as Chemical Engineering, and completed his MS and Ph.D. at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.

Amy Belt Raimundo is the Chief Business Officer for Evidation Health where she leads all commercial and business development activities. Previously, Amy focused on venture investing is the medical device sector as a Vice President at both Covidien Ventures and Advanced Technology Ventures (ATV). Before joining ATV, Amy was at Guidant Corporation (later Abbott Vascular) where she led the international launch of the Xience drug eluting stent and managed product lines in the US, Europe and Asia. Nicola brings over 15 years of strategic business development and entrepreneurial thought leadership programming experience to the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, most recently in her role as Deal Manager for the Band of Angels, a position she held since 2004. Dr. Eckstein is the President of SR One, GSK’s independent healthcare venture organization.A biochemist by training, Prior to SR One, Jens worked for TVM Capital and was a General Partner in the firm's life sciences practice, focusing on early stage investments. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thrasos Therapeutics and a Director at Alios BioSciences. Jens was the founder of Akikoa Pharmaceuticals, a biotechnology start-up company focusing on hearing loss, and North Haven Systems, a life science IT company. Prior to joining TVM Capital, Jens led drug discovery programs at Enanta Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Mitotix, Inc. Dong-Su Kim, Ph.D. is Vice President at Samsung Ventures America. His area of coverage includes semiconductors, LEDs, equipment, materials, and storage systems. He has over twenty years of investment, strategy, planning, and technology experience. Prior to joining Samsung Ventures, he was a Director of Asia Evolution, an investment bank in Korea covering mid-market financing, private placement, and M&As. Before that, he was a Senior Manager at Technology Strategy Office of Samsung Electronics. As the CTO’s staff, he was responsible for strategic venture investments and technology alliance. Ray Schuder is a Managing Director at Hewlett Packard Ventures. Ray led Hewlett Packard's investment in Adallom and is a Board Observer. Ray has also led two soon to be announced Enterprise IT investments at HP. Prior to joining HP, Ray co-founded and served as Head of AMD Ventures, where he led 13 investments including ViVu (acquired by Polycom), Aviary (acquired by Adobe), Mixamo (acquired by Adobe), Bluestacks, Matterport, Raptr and Tango. Ray has also served as a senior investment professional at El Dorado Ventures, Pequot Ventures and Silicon Valley BancVentures. Ray has three graduate degrees from Stanford (MBA, MSME, MSE). In 2014 Ray was named to Global Corporate Venturing’s Powerlist 100. He is a named inventor on eight U.S. patents.

Gayathri Radhakrishnan is an executive with 15 years of experience in the technology sector. In her current role as Director of Strategy and Corporate Development for Dell's Software Group, she is responsible for driving the long term strategy for Dell's enterprise software business. She helps drive strategic partnerships, investments (with Dell Ventures) and acquisitions for the Software Group. She is broadly focused on areas of IoT, Cloud and Advanced Analytics. Prior to Dell, Gayathri was involved in the startup ecosystem as a Partner and Mentor at TechRanch Austin, a startup accelerator, as a VC at Earlybird Venture Capital, a top tier European VC firm and in an operating role at an early stage startup. Prior to her current role, Christina worked for ExxonMobil Gas & Power Marketing in both the European and North America offices, and gained venture experience evaluating oil and gas technology investments with Venrock Management LLC in 2011. Christina’s background is in Chemical Engineering with Bachelor and Masters of Engineering degrees from the University of Cambridge. In 2012 she extended her academic studies through a graduate degree from MIT in Energy Technology and Policy. Her graduate research work at the MIT Energy Initiative focused on evaluating water management technologies for shale gas production operations.

Greg is a founding member of the Business Innovation Center in North America where he directs Konica Minolta's startup ecosystem strategy, partnerships, investments, and customer-driven innovation. As a business leader, Greg is responsible for incubating new lines of business for Konica Minolta, specifically in robotics and smarter workplaces, in search of Konica Minolta's next billion dollar opportunity. Located in Silicon Valley, the Business Innovation Center is one of five BICs that Konica Minolta has set up around the world designed to carry out a fundamental Business Transformation that will expand its business into new areas of Software and Services over the next 3-5 years. Boundless was acquired by Valore. Nick also co-founded Infochimps, raising $3 million, and led the company as CEO during its formative years. Infochimps was acquired by CSC. Nomiku is the first and best home sous vide immersion circulator with two record shattering Kickstarters. Lisa’s culinary sensibilities were honed at the best restaurants in the world like Babbo, Jean Georges, and Saison. She has a sophisticated writing and editing background with a BA in Journalism from the prestigious NYU Arthur L. Carter of Journalism and worked for the Hearst Corporation in their digital media department, helping to publish multiple New York Times Bestsellers with SMITH Magazine. She currently resides in San Francisco.

Chris Langford is director of strategic development for Lowe’s and is responsible for the sourcing, analysis and execution of domestic investment opportunities ranging from mergers and acquisitions to early stage investments. He joined Lowe’s in 2011 and has had responsibilities in corporate innovation, strategy, and domestic investment execution. He has more than 12 years of experience in analyzing, structuring and executing equity and debt investments across both private and public entities. Prior to joining Lowe’s, he worked at RBC, T. Rowe Price and several boutique investment banking and private investment firms. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA in competitive strategy, entrepreneurship and security analysis from the University of Florida.

Scott Lenet began his venture capital career in 1992 as the first associate at Geocapital Partners, a late stage venture capital firm focused on technology investments. In 2002, he co-founded DFJ Frontier, an early stage fund making west coast investments for the DFJ Network. His healthcare investments include Synthetic Genomics, Prolacta Bioscience, Lipomics Technologies, and Skincential Sciences. Scott graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor's degree in comparative literature and earned an MBA at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in entrepreneurial management. Scott also co-founded the Entrepreneurship Center at UC Davis. He serves on the advisory board for the Dean of the College of Biological Sciences.
