The Extra Ordinary Give is a 24-hour giving marathon annually coordinated by the Lancaster County Community Foundation which benefits hundreds of non-profit organizations including Black Rock Retreat. Your corporate sponsorship will provide matching dollars to further stretch the online donations received, as well as, underwrite Black Rock Retreat’s promotional costs for this event.

MEETINGS AND EVENTS12 flexible event spaces accommodate from 10 to 200 attendees. Each space includes Wi-Fi access and audio visual equipment to meet your presentation needs. Delicious buffet-style meals and overnight accommodations are also available. Complimentary parking is available on property.
TEAMBUILDINGBuild a healthier team through accomplishing ropes course challenges and group problem-solving initiatives, or strategize together through a competitive game of laser tag. Your team will practice the skills of cooperation, goal setting, leadership, self-confidence, and trust.
BANQUETS, DINNERS, AND PARTIESEnjoy a delicious American cuisine featuring some PA Dutch favorites and celebrate a business milestone, training session, or holiday event. Our professional staff and dedicated service team look forward to making your event a success.
SPECIAL OFFERWhen you sponsor a Black Rock Retreat fundraising event, we want to thank your business through providing as much exposure as possible. The larger your donation, the more exposure we can offer. As a bonus, if your business sponsors all of our fundraising events (at any level) you will receive a gift certificate for any of our teambuilding activities for up to 20 people.
In addition to monetary donations, we welcome gifts-in-kind, to be sold at our auction, used as prizes, or offered as snacks to event participants. If you have an item to contribute, we’ll be happy to schedule a time to pick it up.
