Liquid Oral Manufacturing

Processes are ISO 9001:2008 certified.

Fully automated liquid oral line from

manufacturing to filling and packing (2 lines).

Capacity to manufacture 50,000 bottles

(volume between 30 ml and 200 ml) per shift.

With 2 shifts per day, our capacity is a

staggering 100,000 bottles in a day.


Ointment / Cream Manufacturing

State of the art IMA-PG Italy line for tubes.

Fully automated untouched Filling Line, Weight Checker,

Auto Cartonator, Collating M/C with speed of 150 per

minute.

Class B/D Filling and Manufacturing Areas with

S.S. AHU’s Samsung VRV system.

Production capacity 1,50,000 units per day.

Aluminium and lami tubes production capability between

5gm to 50gm.
