PHOTONIX Solar Pvt. Ltd. (Photonix) is founded with the vision of being the most admired company in the evolution of solar photo-voltaic (PV) business. PHOTONIX is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company having a modern state-of-the-art automatic production line, imported from Europe, for manufacture of PV modules. A full range of PV modules from 3 Wp to300 Wp are manufactured for various on-grid and off-grid applications, and are exported to a number of countries globally. Presently, Photonix Solar is aiming to expand upto 75 MW p.a., in stages.

Planning:

Selection of site is most important decision while

selecting the Photovoltaic projects. It has long term

impact on project. Photonix makes detailed project

report (DPR) and chalks out the path of project. We

always keep the big picture in mind and select

projects that offer the greatest benefit to all of our

partners/investors/stake holders.

For preparing DPR, complete data on solar

What We Offer….

Implementation: • Construction:

In this phase, Photonix does foundation, and fabrication.

• Assembling:

In this phase, Photonix assembles solar modules,

undertakes installation of systems, inverters and

transformers and undertakes power evacuation by

connecting to the power grid and commissions the

system. In summary, Photonix provides an end –to-end

solution for the developers of on-grid solar projects.

Photonix has in-house capability of manufacturing the

modules, which is major cost constituent in any solar PV

project, hence the total cost of Photonix projects is always

very reasonable.

Solar Opportunities in India

Govt. of India, announced the JN National Solar Mission (JNNSM) in June 2010

for:

Off grid and decentralized solar applications and

Rooftop solar PV installations and small solar generation.

In Addition, other State Govts. have announced their own policies. Aggregate

demand for solar PV , by 2022 is expected to be 50,000 MW.

With the boost given by the semiconductor policy and JNNSM

India is set to witness a significant progress in domestic solar PV market .

Govt. offers PPAs for 25 yrs and offers rolling Letter of Credit for payments

due to the investors, so the returns are secured .

Very lucrative rates are being offered by Govt. for solar projects. Rates

varying from Euro 0.16/ Unit- Euro 0.25/Unit state to state

To get PPA according to suit investment/ ticket size in a state with maximum possible

rate of electricity.

To negotiate/liason with state government to get best conditions for our investor.

To get PPA agreement with electricity Boards for 25 years.

To find and finalize leased land for project so that efficient energy generation is

cycle of the Project.

All legal compliances starting Investment clearances, signing of PPA,,

Photonix’ s International and Domestic Tie-Ups

International tie-ups-

For implementing big ticket, MW sized, on-grid projects Photonix has made a strategic tie-up with P2 solar

(a listed company at OTC – BB US stock exchange). Photonix is in the process of signing up an

agreement with Inabensa, a Spanish MNC, for EPC services, globally.

Domestic Tie-ups:

For domestic projects, Photonix has in-house capability for installation . These installations

will carried out by the associate company viz .Photonix Solar Projects Pvt. Ltd.

Apart from this, Photonix has signed up with Berlin Solar an EPC services company focusing on Indian

and European solar markets.

Photonix is also is signing up with Indian giant companies like Thermax India Ltd. and L&T for long term

tie-ups in EPC services domain.
