Adamas Coaching Board Members

Purpose: The Purpose of the Sapient Coaching Network (SCN) is to Transform Business, Countries & Spiritual Ins5tu5ons to High Performance Cultures, Empowering their Leaders through Experienced Spirit Led “Sapient” Master Coaches.

Target Audience: The Adamas Coaching Program is aimed at the Board Members of an Organisa5on. DuraAon: The Program DuraAon is 64 Hours usually spread over a 8 months period. Sessions are 2 X 4 Hours per month. The Coaching Program can however be fast tracked to accommodate urgency of an Organisa5on’s requirement.

Generic Outcomes: The outcomes will be contracted with the Coaching Sponsor and therefore the Coaching Program can be tailored to a specific Coachee requirement. The following are some of the generic outcomes that a Coachee will obtain through the program enabling them:
