Q: What is the best piece of career advice you have been given?

A: ”The day I wake up and don't want to come to work is the day I will change my job.”

Q: What are the best /worst things about your job?

A: ”The best thing is the people who I speak to and work with. I am going on Maternity leave soon, I will miss everyone while I am gone.

“The worse thing is the amount of cake, chocolate, sweets we have in the office…too many temptations when trying to have a good day!“

Q: What has been your most embarrassing moment?

A: ”I can't think of one embarrassing moment, they happen on a daily basis!”

Q: What’s the most bizarre experience that you’ve had at work?

A: ”Speaking to another Stephanie Carter at one of our FMAC partner venues, it’s quite surreal emailing someone with the same name as you!”

Q: Do you have any hidden talents?

A: ”Unfortunately not.”

Q: What's your favourite song of all time?

A: ”I am 32 weeks pregnant, been hit with baby brain and have become very indecisive so I can't choose my favourite song of all time. However although I don't usually admit it I am a secret Olly Murs fan!”

Q: What was the first CD/Record that you bought

A: ”I’ll go with Spice Girls, or maybe steps.”

Q: You have to spend £1 million in 24 hours, what would you buy?

A: ”I’d shop until I drop, I would buy new clothes, new shoes, new car, new everything. I’d also book to go travelling – I’d like go to Australia again.“

Q: Who or what is your guilty pleasure?

A: ”Geordie Shore – I shouldn’t like it but I can’t help but watch it.”

Stephanie will be starting her maternity leave at the beginning of August, to prepare for the birth of her first child. We would just like to take the opportunity to wish Stephanie all the best and look forward to meeting the new arrival.

Also a big welcome to Charlotte Howard-Leech who will be covering Stephanie's position whilst she is on maternity leave.
