Marie Perugia Room Located on the first floor, this large characterful room is flooded with natural light thanks to a full height French windows. Named after Marie Rothschild (née Perugia), the room retains some of the historic features from her time at Gunnersbury including a striking bay window and feature fireplaces.

Access: lift access is available via the museum. Please note that the nearest toilets are on the ground floor.

Capacity: up to 30

Equipment: Ceiling mounted LCD projector that can be connected to your own laptops. Free Wi-Fi.

Seminar Room A

This room has lovely views over the parkland from its large windows.

It is located next to Seminar Room B, and together they share a private washroom.

Access: lift access is available

Capacity: up to 12

Equipment: Wall mounted interactive digital whiteboard which can be connected to your own laptops. Suitable for presentations, video playback and for use a whitebeard. Free Wi-Fi.

Seminar Room B Comparable in size to Seminar Room A, this dual aspect room also features enviable views across the park towards the Horseshoe Pond.

Located next to Seminar Room A in a private part of the museum, together they share a private washroom.

Capacity: up to 12

Equipment: Wall mounted interactive digital whiteboard which can be connected to your own laptops. Suitable for presentations, video playback and for use a whitebeard. Free Wi-Fi.

Meeting Rooms A and B can be hired individually, or together, allowing one to be used as breakout space or perhaps as a separate area for lunch to be served. North and South Studios

Two multi-functional spaces, ideally suited for workshops and more informal meetings.

The studios share washroom facilities.

North Studio South Studio

The Studios can be hired individually or together.

Access: The studios are on the first floor. Whilst a lift is available, please note that due to the historic nature of the building, there is single step between the lift and the Studios.

Capacity: up to 30 per studio

Equipment: Ceiling mounted LCD projector that can be connected to your own laptops. Free Wi-Fi. Plentiful floor recessed power points make the North Studio a good choice if all participants require access to laptops or other equipment.

Catering Our onsite caterers, Benugo would be delighted to discuss your catering requirements. As well as supplying teas and coffees, they offer a range of freshly prepared chilled food options that can be delivered to your meeting room. Of course, you are welcome to visit the onsite café if you prefer.

Making the most of your time at Gunnersbury

Having left the office behind, you may want to capitalise on your time at Gunnersbury by visiting the museum or using the park.

Visits to the museum are possible Tuesday – Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays, 10am – 4.30pm (4pm, October – March) and are free of charge.

Whether popping out for some fresh air at lunch time or arranging a longer walk you and your guests are very welcome to explore the parkland. Our team would be very happy to provide maps and directions to any particular seasonal highlights.

If you would like to make further use of the grounds, we can hire small areas for your choice of external team building company to run outdoor pursuit activities, team games and treasure hunts. We can also arrange for private tours with one of our Gardeners (charge applies). 2020 prices
