Our Co-Founder, President and CEO, Mr. Harvey Lawner has over fifteen years of experience in the area of
executive search with a strong focus on executive and senior technical, sales, marketing and operations talent.
Mr. Lawner has placed over 200 of the top executive talent for start-up ventures as well as multi-national
corporations. A partial list of clients for whom he has worked is: EMC, Sun, Crosscomm, Adlex, Geotel, Paceline
Systems, SystemSoft, Stratus, Informio, and NBX. In addition, Mr. Lawner has been instrumental in the raising of
funds for new ventures in the high technology marketplace, as well as providing a variety of consulting services
to those ventures.
Prior to his executive search work, Mr. Lawner was President of the Americas for Acorn Computers Ltd., the
leading interactive educational Firm in Europe with revenues in excess of $400 million. At Acorn, Mr. Lawner
grew this new venture from 1 to 75 employees with $3 million in revenue within 2 years.
Prior to this Mr. Lawner held various senior positions at Sony Corporation Microcomputer, Data General
Corporation (EMC) and Digital Equipment Corporation (Compaq/HP). Mr. Lawner started his career with Bunker-
Ramo Corporation where he assisted in the design and implementation of system software for the NASDAQ
Stock Exchange. Mr. Lawner served the United States of America with honor and great distinction in the US
Army in a direct combat role.
Co-founder, Director and CTO, Mike Russo (SDVOSB) served as combat information systems hardware andsoftware expert aboard high-speed nuclear fast attack submarines in the US Navy. He became expert in all
aspects Nuclear High Speed Fast Attack submarine operations and physical and information security of all ships
secret, top secret, and weapons fire control, navigation, electronic counter measure and sonar data systems and
equipment. He held a Top Secret clearance and became nuclear fast attack submarine qualified. His more
recent activities include Internet Security manager for a major teaching hospital complex at Harvard Medical
School and Security Architect at leading edge secure data storage services and secure network technology
companies. In 2005 prior to co-founding TLGI-UZAP in 2007, Mr. Russo was a CSE or certified Cisco Sales
Expert and Cisco Security Solutions Specialist and is experienced in all aspects of Professional Services, Sales
Engineering and complex systems Business Capture.
