Main changes:• Simplified Top Menu in Windows 8/10 tile style• Eliminated Side Menu• Flat interface with minimum number of windows and subgrids• Easier navigation• Back button or [ALT]+[<-] to go back to previous screen

• Simpler menu with popular commands• Click on […] to see more menu options• Click on the down arrow to change the view• Click in front of an individual record (account in the example) to select it• Once selected you can use commands in menu above the account listing• Click on the Account name to open the record with one click

Switch record types

• Work in one type of records (e.g. Activities) and quickly open a totally different record type (Accounts)

• CRM keeps track of the records (e.g. Accounts) you recently viewed and makes them available without having to open the related view first (e.g. My Active Accounts)

Personal Dashboard

• Create a new dashboard from scratch, or personalize one• The Dashboard will show you information but also allow you to add new

records directly from the dashboard

• With the Create button you can quickly add new records of different types to CRM filling out only the minimal required data

Auto Save and Auto Refresh

• New feature in CRM 2015 called Autosave• CRM will automatically save your data on a regular basis so you won’t lose data. • You can see if you have unsaved changes at the bottom right of the form you are

working on

Auto Refresh• Data changed in Product forms is updated automatically in subgrids when you save

the Product form• No need anymore to refresh subgrids to see the changed records
