Ingredients: - 1kg cuttle fish - 2 tints - 2 tomatoes - 2 peppers - 2 onions - 2 carrots - pinch salt - 1 cup oil - 2 cups water - 3 garlics

procedure: 1- Clean the cuttlefish . 2- Pour the oil in the pan and heat it. 3- Cut the vegetables and cook the vegetables for 5 or 10 min. 4- Add the cuttlefish to the vegetables and cook them for 1 hour. 5- Add the tints to the cuttlefish. 6- pour 2 cups of water and cook for 10 min. By:Gotzone

Cheese Omellette
INGREDIENTS:
eggs – 4-5 water – 100ml – 200ml salt – to taste sliced cheese oil grated cheese

mix the eggs add water, salt and sliced cheese mix the ingredients when the omellette is made , sprikle some grated cheese and introduce the mixture into the oven until browned

I NGREDI ENTS: -250g macarroni. -1l water. -1 Spoonful oil -1Cup tomato sauce. COOKI NG TOOLS: -Caseole. -Strainer. PROCEDURE: -Boil the macarroni in water. -Add salt. -Add tomato sauce. -Cook macarroni in the tomato sauce f or 10´.
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
INGREDIENTS: -5 spoonfull sugar -200g chocolate -5 eggs -3 spoonfull milk -250gbutter

PROCEDURE: 1-mix butter and sugar 2-mett the chocolate 3-add the eggs yolk the chocolate 4-mix chocolate and the milk 5-heat the mix for 5' 6-beat the whites 7-toss the whites 8-add the tossed whites to the mix 9-cool mi igrediets 10-put the bowl in the fridge 11-pour the mix into bowls
SPANI SH OMELLETTE

PROCEDURE 1-Mix sugar, flour, olive oil and eggs. 2-Knead the dough. 3-Make flat the dough with a roller. 4-Cat the dough in to shapes using the cutters. 5-Brush with the eggs yolk. 6-Sprinkle sugar. 7-Bake it in the oven for 15-20 min.
Lemon mousse
I ngredients: -100gr lemon juice. -350gr ideal milk. -4 natural yogurts.
Cooking tools: -Blender. -Bowls. -Casserole. -Tablespoon. -Fridge.
Procedure: -Mix all ingredients. -Pour the mix into glasses. -Put glasses with the mix in the f ridge f or 4h. By J okin.
