Cookies are magic !

You just need to mix some sugar, butter, eggs, flour and chocolate and the

magic happens. Those ingredients mixed together and twenty minutes later, a

golden, warm and, if you are lucky, gooey cookie is right before your eyes.

Now there are different tendencies amongst cookie lovers. Thee are the

purists, that like their cookie crunchy and dry, and the dippers. The dippers, which I

am part of, enjoy dipping cookies in milk.

And you see, the pleasure does not only come from the enjoyment of the

different textures of the cookie that the milk allows, but also from th melting of the

chocolate that turns the milk into a delicious chocolate milk.

Cookies, appart from being delicious, also have no age, cultural or even

religious limit. Everybody loves cookies, kids, older people,Santa Clauss, teachers,

dogs, ants...Once again, everybody loves cookies !
