Brief Job Description: An Institution Development Manager is responsible for development of institutions to effectively generate, allocate and use human, material and financial resources to attain specific objectives on a sustainable basis. S/he is responsible for organizing the community into various informal/formal institutions and building their capacities.

Role Description
An Institution Development Manager is responsible for nurturing and strengthening of informal/formal institutions such as self-help groups, farmer producer organizations, cooperatives of agrarian community by ensuring active participation and involvement of the community members through participatory agriculture management projects.

Sector Skill Council Agriculture Skill Council of India Guidelines for Assessment 1. Criteria for assessment for each Qualification Pack will be created by the Sector Skill Council. Each Performance Criteria (PC) will be assigned marks proportional to its importance in NOS. SSC will also lay down proportion of marks for Theory and Skills Practical for each PC 2. The assessment for the theory part will be based on knowledge bank of questions created by the SSC. 3. Assessment will be conducted for all compulsory NOS, as well as the selected elective NOS/set of NOS. OR 3.
