Born in Scotland, Architect Alistair Macbeth has travelled the world and has worked in London before settling down in Mauritius. This qualified architect is registered with ARB UK and is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and of the Mauritius Architects Association (MAA).

Alistair Macbeth is the precursor architect of mansion and hotel style on the island in this new century. His approach definitively impacts Anahita and the country while redefining the traditional Mauritian style and its raw materials – the natural beauty of wood and the strength of Millennium lava stone.
