17 Handling Charges will be charged at double the rate of normal THC for 20’ containers arrived/dispatched by rail weighing more than 34MT (Gross) and

by road weighing more than 31 MT(Gross).

LCL container fully consisting machinery will not be treated as LCL. It will be treated as FCL. The delivery of the cargo from this container will have

to be supervised by shipping line's surveyors.

Shipping lines should give soft copy of IGM in the required format.

In accordance with the trade practices stocks are normally insured from warehouse to warehouse including 60 days transit storage time. It will be

presumed that the stocks (Import/Export) being received at the ICD Mulund (East), are adequately insured against all possible risks during

storage/transit.

In case a vehicle is detained in the yard, parking fee of Rs.100/- per day per vehicle will be charged.

Arrival/Destuffing/stuffing dates shall be reckoned to be the dates of individual container’s/cargo arrivals/destuffing irrespective of the lots

mentioned in the IGM/Bills of Entries/ Shipping Bills for the purpose of determining of free time as well as calculating TSC or Cargo Storage Charges.

A penalty of Rs.1000/- per ton or part thereof will be levied in case of misdeclaration of weight of import/export cargo in addition to recovery of

differential charges.

Charges for 45’ containers will be 25% extra over and above 40’ container rates.

The above rates are subject to change without prior notice.

The rates mentioned above are exclusive of handling charges at port and other CY’s.

If LCL import container contains raw wool, raw cotton or any other hazardous cargo the contents will be destuffed only at the time of delivery and the

date of seal cutting will be treated as date of destuffing for all computations.

LCL Containers under normal circumstances will be destuffed after receipt of CLP. However, CONCOR would reserve the right to decide which import

containers and what kind of import commodities are to be destuffed in the ICD warehouse.

For movement of hazardous goods prior permission from CONCOR will have to be obtained. Besides, for all hazardous cargo 20% surcharge on the

tariff will be levied.

For the export/import goods moving inward/outward in railway wagons, administrative charge of Rs. 500/= per TEU will be applicable(for BCN).

In case, the original Importer / Consignee comes forward to take delivery of import cargo after it’s auction but before delivery, then in that case

original Importer/Consignee has to pay 10% of the bid price towards auction expenses (over & above all other charges payable including charges

mentioned in sr.no.34 above.)

There is an additional charge of Rs. 1,000/= per TEU approximately for the Port Side Handling, to be borne by the party/exporter in case of

containers dispatched by rail in case of BCN.

Arrival/Stuffing dates shall be reckoned to be the dates of individual container’s/cargo arrivals irrespective of the lots mentioned in the Shipping

Bills for the purpose of determining of free period as well as for calculating TSC or Cargo Storage Charges in case of BCN.

Processing charges of Rs.2000/- per rake for processing and payment of railway detention charges.

ICD Timings:

Seal Cutting & Forwarding 1000 Hrs to 1600 Hrs

Sundays and holidays after the expiry of free period shall be counted as chargeable days for the purpose of levy of TSCs and cargo storage charges.

All the charges mentioned above are per TEU rates unless otherwise specified. The rates for each category shall be double for dry 40’ containers

(FEUs).

In case of Imports, road transportation/rail freight will be collected at CONCOR-JN Port office at the time of issuance of IWB. The balance amount

will be collected at ICD Mulund (East), by debiting the Regional PD A/c of the shipping lines/agents held at CONCOR- JN Port office at the time of

clearance of consignment.

Office space rent will be Rs.84/- per SqFt. (Built up area) per month with 5% increment every year w.e.f. 01.04.2007.

In case, Importer/Consignee comes forward to take delivery of import cargo after expiry of 60 days of it’s arrival an additional amount of Rs.3,000/-

per TEU, Rs.6,000/- per FEU & Rs.1500/- per LCL cargo (excluding applicable service tax/cess) has to be paid towards valuation and auction expenses

over & above the normal terminal charges. In case of LCL cargo, date of container arrival will be considered as date of arrival of cargo.

Movement of export containers to MbPT will be done only after copy of MbPT Wharfage receipt is produced.

For safety reasons 2 wheelers & 4 wheelers will not be allowed to enter the ICD area without proper authorization.

CONCOR will take utmost care in moving the Export containers well before the Port cut-off. However, if the Export container gets shut-out due to

various reasons beyond the control of CONCOR like gate-closure by the port terminal, long queue at the port gate, pre-ponement of the vessel cut-off

etc., then re-movement charges at the prevailing rate will be levied (Handling + Transportation).

Cleaning Charge of Rs.100/- per TEU will be charged on import containers containing woolen rags, wooden logs, carbon black, waste paper, grains &

pulses, scrap and other loose cargo which leaves residue behind when destuffed delivery is taken from ICD.

If cargo from FCL containers is kept outside the container, the cargo storage charges will be levied at the applicable slab rate without giving any free

period.

All laden flat racks whether moved by rail or road will be treated as ODC and surcharge of 20% will be levied in respect to normal import/export

tariff.

All the rates mentioned above are applicable for standard containers including high cube & tank containers. The charges for special containers like

ODC flat racks beyond specified gauge herein, reefer containers etc. will be quoted separately.

Export containers will be moved only by CONCOR authorised transporters unless approved otherwise.

In case of 20’ loaded containers exceeding 31 MT gross weight, loaded on rail wagon/flats having rated carrying capacity of 60 tones the RailFreight of public tariff for >30 MT will be escalated by 10% per ton or part there of till 35 MT gross weight and double the rate thereafter.
