5Regarding Forecast for FY 2021

Due to the uncertainty of impacts from the worldwide COVID‐19

pandemic to our business, it is difficult to calculate a reasonable

earnings forecast at this stage. For this reason, consolidated

financial forecast for the FY 2021 is undetermined.

The impacts will be assessed and the announcement of the

forecast will be made as soon as the details become available.
