Every active Ambassador will have a e-commerce online Ocean Avenue Store. Training will be provided to help Ambassadors to direct customers to your Ocean Avenue Store. In the store, customers will have the choice to buy the products at the retail price or join the Ocean Avenue Club and take advantage of the discounted prices. When a customer buys a product at the retail price, you will be paid the retail profits as part of your weekly commission check.

In order for a customer to take advantage of our special Ocean Avenue pricing, they must set up a wholesale account. This will give the customer t between 5% and 15% of the total of all your customer orders depending on the total purchasing. If you purchase a Family Life Pack or Focused Life Pack to start your business, you will receive a guaranteed 15% of your customer’s orders guaranteed for one year. If you do not order one of these packages to get started, your commission will be structured in the following manner:

Less then $500 in a calendar month: 5 % of total Over $500 in a in a calendar month: 10% of total Over $1500 in a calendar month: 15% of total

Customers will be placed into the genealogy tree alongside ambassadors, however, they will not have any access to the business. As well, all BV from customer order will be added to the unilevel tree.

You just pay the shipping and we send the products.

Our Monthly Order program serves as a back-up order. If you have a qualifying purchase anytime in the same 4 week period, then your backup order will not be sent/charged to your account. If you qualify for 3xFree, then your backup order will be sent regardless of accumulated orders already purchased in that 4-week period.

When free product is given in the 3xFree program, no BV will be rolled into the tree on the free product.

Preferred customers have the same opportunity to participate in 3xFree. Preferred customers can enroll others in the customer program and accumulate volume towards free product. Preferred

5. First Order Bonus

You may enroll as many OAAs as you wish and receive 10-15% of their first orders for life.

When you are an active OAA on a qualifying Monthly/Backup Order, you are eligible to take advantage of our incredible 3xFree Program. If you have a minimum of 2 wholesale customers, and the total of the wholesale customer orders is 3 times more than your Monthly/Backup Order, then you are eligible to receive your one Monthly/Backup Order for free every 4 week rolling period. There is a maximum of 300 BV of free product that can be earned under the 3xFree Program. Just pay the shipping and we send the products! (Free product achieved through the 3xFree Program does not generate BV into the tree.) Our Monthly/Backup Order Program serves only as a backup order. If you have a qualifying purchase anytime in the same 4 week period, then your backup order will not be sent or charged to your account. If you qualifi ed for the 3xFree Program, the free shipment will count toward your qualifi cation. For example: If your Monthly/Backup Order is 50 PV, your 3xFree order will count 50 PV toward your personal qualifi cation. If your Monthly/Backup Order is 200 PV, your 3xFree order will count 200 PV toward your personal qualifi cation volume. 6. 3 by Infinity Residuals


When you reach the rank of Pearl Ambassador, you earn the ability to go from a 3 x 5 unilevel to our 3 x infinity payout. After Pearl, your 3 teams (legs) volume will be totaled up every week at Midnight MST on Friday night and you will be paid 10% of the total volume that your teams generate.

After the 3 legs are totaled, the largest volume leg will be identified as your Reference leg. The remaining 2 legs will to added together and totaled. This new total of volume from your lesser 2 legs will be your ‘Paid On Total’.

On a weekly basis you will be paid 10% of your Paid On Total.

After the 3 x Infinity Residuals are calculated, any remaining unused volume from the Reference

Leg is carried over to be paid on in the next pay period.

In the event that your Paid On Total is larger then your Reference Leg total you will still be paid on the entire Paid On Total, thereby increasing your earning potential to as much as 11-21%. of your Paid On Legs.

The total earning potential of the 3 x Infinity Residuals are defined by your rank in the compensation plan, details and glossary.

You have the ability to earn up to $50,000 every 4 weeks in the just the 3 x Infinity Residuals alone.

As incredible added benefit to our newest Ambassadors, Ocean Avenue has set aside 2% of the worldwide total BV for our Loyalty Bonus Pool. A Silver Ambassador is someone who has sponsored 1 new ambassador in each leg (for a total of 3) who are active and have purchased a qualifying order and has a total of 2000 BV in a rolling 4 weeks (see definitions) in their Enrollment Team Volume (ETV) (see definitions). When you reach the rank of Silver Ambassador and are qualified at that rank, you will receive 1 share of the Loyalty Bonus Pool every week.

A Gold Ambassador is someone who has reach a total of 5000 ETV in a rolling 4 weeks. When you reach Gold Ambassador you will receive 2 shares of the Loyalty Bonus Pool.

You must maintain paid as status to receive the applicable shares.

A guaranteed 2% of the worldwide BV of the company set aside for Ambassadors at the beginning of their careers is unheard of in Network Marketing. Our goal is to reward activity at the newest levels and help to build belief in the future.

QuickSilver

A QuickSilver is an Ambassador who makes it to the rank of Silver within their first 4 weeks of Enrollment. QuickSilvers will receive double the Loyalty Bonus Pool shares at both Silver and Gold levels. QuickSilvers will receive a special QuickSilver Golf Shirt as recognition of their accomplishment.

6. Ocean Team Commissions Ocean Team Bonuses are another cornerstone of the Ocean Avenue Compensation Plan. The Ocean Team is derived from a dynamic structure that compensates you for successfully generating sales volume within your placement tree and motivating your downline to do the same. Earn on the sales of those Ambassadors you, your upline, and your downline place within your placement tree. Each placement tree has two sides, a Left Team and a Right Team, either of which can be the Power Leg (Strong Leg) and the Pay Leg (Lesser Leg) on any given commissionable period. The Compensation Plan allows you to earn up to 20% on the sales volume of the Pay Leg to an unlimited depth. Set your foundation and activate your Ocean Team by developing two (2) personally sponsored Ambassadors, one on the Left Team and one on the Right Team – helping each generate at least 50 Personal Volume (PV). Ocean Team Commissions are another cornerstone of the Ocean Avenue Compensation Plan. The Ocean Team is derived from a dynamic structure that compensates you for successfully generating sales volume within your placement tree and motivating your downline to do the same. Earn on the sales of those Ambassadors you, your upline, and your downline place within your placement tree.

In the OA leadership Check Match, you have the potential to earn UNLIMITED INCOME. Beginning at Pearl Ambassador you will receive a percentage of the 3 by Infinity Residuals of anyone that you personally introduce to the Ocean Avenue Club. Compensation Plan Glossary of Terms

In order to better understand the Compensation Plan, we have provided key words and terms of the plan that may need further explanation. We have provided their defi nition as they pertain to the plan.

Active Status: An Ambassador who has generated a minimum product order (50 BV) at least once every six months. Failure to remain active may result in the forfeiture of the Ambassadorship. Active Status does not alone qualify an Ambassador to earn commissions.

Ambassador (OAA – Ocean Avenue Ambassador): A person 18 years of age or older who has paid the $49.95 pre-requisite enrollment fee; has agreed to Ocean Avenue Terms and Conditions and Policies and Procedures; and wants to earn income through Ocean Avenue’s Compensation Plan. A person 16 years of age with the express written notarized consent of a parent or legal guardian may become an Ambassador. Ocean Avenue reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

Backup Order/Monthly Order: A standing order that processes once within a calendar month. The Backup Order will only be processed in the event the Ambassador does not have any qualifying purchases during the monthly commission period. If the Ambassador qualifi es for free product under the 3xFree Program, the personal volume associated with the Backup Order will count toward their personal volume. The Backup/Monthly Order Program is optional.

Business Volume (BV): The value established for a given product used to calculate and pay commissions.

Carry-Over Volume: BV in your Reference Leg (strong leg) that is not used in calculating your Ocean Team Commissions. Maintain your qualifi ed status and carry over any unpaid volume in your Reference Leg to the next commissionable period.

Commissions: Compensation earnings provided by Ocean Avenue for sales generated, as explained in the Ocean Avenue Compensation Plan.

Downline Team: All Ambassadors and wholesale customers who are placed below you in the Downline Tree. They may or may not be from your personal enrollment activities.

Enroller/Sponsor: The individual who invites you to join Ocean Avenue and personally enrolls you as an Ocean Avenue Ambassador, wholesale customer or retail customer.

Enrollment Team: All Ambassadors or wholesale customers who opened accounts with Ocean Avenue as a result of your personally enrolled Ambassadors.

Enrollment Team Volume (ETV): Business Volume (BV) that is accumulated from the purchases/sales of products by your Enrollment Team (Unilevel Team).

Total Qualifying Volume (TQV): This is the sum total of all volume that originates from your personally sponsored team. The TQV is used for rank advancement qualifi cations.

Placement Tree: Also known as the Binary Tree. The Placement Tree is restricted to two direct legs for each business center. This is the genealogy tree where Enrollers place their enrollments within their organization.

Leg: Each direct placement to an OAA is indicated as a leg within the organization (Binary and Unilevel respectively).

Waiting Room : A placement holding area where a newly sponsored Ambassador will reside after enrollment until the end of the week or on Friday @ 12:00 pm (midnight) (MST) (up to 7 calendar days).

Ocean Avenue Vacation Points: You receive Ocean Avenue Vacation Points for everything you do. You receive points when you join the company, when you buy company products, when you sponsor a new Ambassador, when you get promoted in the company compensation plan, when you buy company convention tickets, etc. These points can be redeemed by you at any time to purchase incredible vacations and family outings.

Initial Qualifying Order: One of fi ve Initial Product Packs selected to start the Ocean Avenue Business. In order to start your business and qualify for full commission & vacation benefi ts, there must be an initial personal order of equal to or greater than 50 PV for Ambassadors. An Ambassador may upgrade to the Focused Life Pack during their fi rst 60 days of enrollment in Ocean Avenue or during upgrade promotions offered from time to time.

PV Qualifi cation Requirement: The combined personal and retail customer volume required each calendar month to be qualifi ed for various commissions (50 PV minimum requirement to qualify).

Ocean Avenue Vacation Club: A Loyalty Program designed to offer extraordinary value to wholesale customers and Ambassadors for purchasing and consuming Ocean Avenue’s products.

Personal Volume (PV): Business volume created by the Ambassador’s personal purchases and those purchases of their retail customers.

Qualifi ed Status: An Ambassador who has met the minimum personal or customer product purchase requirement based on the title rank requirements.

Rank: A status title that denotes your level of accomplishment and commissions in the Ocean Avenue Compensation Plan.

Lifetime Rank (Recognition Rank): This is the highest rank an OAA has ever qualifi ed for throughout their lifetime with Ocean Avenue.

Paid As Rank: This is the rank that an OAA has qualifi ed for within a particular commission period.

Retail Profi t: The price difference between the Ambassador wholesale price and the Company’s suggested retail price.

Retail Customer: Any customer who purchases directly from an Ambassador or an Ambassador’s Online Store at the Company’s suggested retail price.

Wholesale Customer: A customer who signs up as a wholesale customer account with a minimum purchase of $50. Qualifi ed wholesale customers may accumulate Ocean Avenue Vacation points.
