Reconciling / Troubleshooting Inventory

Click on Inventory then on Reconcile:Enter your stock on hand into the Actual Qty columnRight click, then left click on Select All (or select individually)Click on Reconcile to have the program make all of the necessary Inventory Adjustments for you

Recheck the program’s inventory calculationsandReview the underlying Purchases, Sales etc.

Double click on any quantity for a detailed report

Use the Inventory – Adjustments menu option to adjust the program count to what’s actually on your shelf

Additions are added at zero valueWithdrawals add the value of the withdrawn product(s) to your Cost of Goods Sold



Tracking Payments

To enter a single payment for the total amount of the sale, just select the pay MethodTo enter a partial payment, click on the ellipsis (...) button and enter the payment information

Filter, Search and Select temporarily reload the program with only those contacts who meet the specified conditions (Target Listings)The number of Target Listings is shown hereE-mail, Letters and Labels always include only your Target Listings To filter your contact data- base, first click on Filter

This will return you to the Contacts screen and set the Target Listings labelNow if you click on E-mail, Letters or Labels, you will automatically be communi-cating with exactly those contacts that meet your Filter criteria




Now let’s try something a bit more complicated

Click on FilterSelect Customer in the Primary Relation FilterClick on Sales Filter




This allows you to Filter your Customers based on

What they’ve purchasedHow much they’ve spentWhen they last purchasedHow many times they have purchasedWhether they have a “Balance Due”

Check as many as you like, then click on Done




This returns you to the Filter Contacts window where you can

Select more Filters Click on Apply Filter to return to the Contacts screen with exactly those Customers who satisfy the sales conditions you just specified

Let’s add an Event filter by clicking on Events




This allows you to Filter your contacts based on

Events they’ve attendedThe Host for any event(s) they’ve attended

Check as many as you like, then click on OK

Select more FiltersClick on Apply Filter to return to the Contacts screen with exactly those Customers who satisfy the Sales and Event conditions you just specified

This will return you to the Contacts screen and set the Target Listings labelNow if you click on E-mail, Letters or Labels, you will automatically be communi-cating with exactly those contacts that meet your Filter criteria

Select one of the program’s contact fieldsEnter or select the text to search for - use an asterisk (*) wildcard for dates (e.g. 11/* to find all Novembers)Click on Search to return to the Contacts screen

UNCHECKED: the Filter or Search operation checks all of your contact listings for a matchCHECKED: the Filter or Search operation checks only your current Target Listings allowing you to continuously narrow down your target group



Filter, Search and Select (cont’d)Now let’s click on Select. This function allows you to randomly select contacts to create a temporary or permanent group of Target Listings

Hold down your CTRL key while selecting names with your mouseClick on OK to return to the Contacts screen with only those names you just selected

Making Group-Level ChangesThe Change button allows you to make changes to contact groups.

Always perform a back up before making changes Filter, Search or Select as appropriateClick on Change.Select an optionMake the changeClick on Done to return to the Contacts screen



E-mail Setup and Operation

AOL, MSN and web-based e-mail providers do not allow third-party software like MLM Easy Money, to send e-mails using their service.

You can still use your AOL, MSN or web-based e-mail address as the “reply to” address for e-mails sent using MLM Easy Money and another e-mail provider.

E-mail Setup and Operation (cont’d)To set up e-mail using your e-mail provider

Have your e-mail provider assist you in setting up Microsoft Outlook ExpressOpen the E-mail Setup window using the Settings – Contact menu optionEnter your password (case sensitive) and click on OK



Scheduling ActivitiesSchedules allow you to follow up with people consistently and automatically

Click on E-mail and create the appropriate e-mails Click on the Schedule label on the Contacts screen (or on the Contact – Schedules option on the Settings menu)

Click on NewEnter a Schedule NameSet up the scheduled activities (E-mail, Appt or Task)Click on the ellipsis to select e-mails or enter a message (Appt / Task)Click on Save

You can also use negative Intervals to plan backwards from a certain date (e.g. a party) Once the Schedule has been created, click on Close to return to the Contacts screen

ORUse the Change function to assign the Schedule to any filtered contact group Click on the “binoculars” icon to view or edit a contact’s scheduled activities
