If an adjective is made of one, two, or three or more syllables, then the word more must be added before the adjective:

If an adjective is made of two syllables and ends in ‘’ y’’. This letter must be changed into ‘I’, and add the ending -er:Adjective Comp. FormPretty Prettiereasy easierhappy happier
