established in 1996 by outstanding professional Australian, Filipino, and American Engineers, Architects, Designers, andCost Planners.

Institutional Projects
Ninoy Aquino Airport International Passenger - Terminal 3
Situated in a 65-hectare expansion site of the existing airport compound. This international passenger terminal was
designed to handle at least 13 million passengers per annum which consists of a main terminal building, north and south
concourses (the center of each boasts a large two-storey skylight shopping atrium), aircraft aprons and airport offices.
The project includes 4-levels for arrival and departure halls, 1-level basement area for services, and a 5-level structured
parking garage for 3,000 cars. It features twenty (28) aircraft gates, 138 check-in counters, nine baggage carousels, and
an impressive contingent of immigration counters with a total of 120.
IACAI provided Quality Assurance Monitoring during the 14-month Pre-Award Phase and subsequent 36-month
Construction Period.

DHL Worldwide Aviation - Manila Hub
Adjacent the countrys longest building at the NAIA Airport, DHL Worldwide Aviation Manila Hub is their main Hangar and
Sorting Facility for the Southeast Asian region. The facility comprises of office use and parcel-sorting facility for off-loading as
many as five aircraft simultaneously. It features a steel frame structural system added to an existing World War II era hangar
and a facade cladding of metal panels. Amenities include spare parts warehouse, 100% generator back-up, canteen and
kitchen, flight dispatch office and IT / Data communications room.
IACAI provided Due Diligence Studies, Architectural and Engineering design Services, Project Management for the fast tracked
5-month contract period and a 12-months of defects and liability period.

The Medical City
As one of the countrys longest operating health care institutions, the Medical City has developed their new home along
Ortigas Avenue in the Pasig district of Metro Manila. The new facility is comprised of tertiary medical facilities for 500 beds for
in-patient care. The 14-story initial phase of the hospital can be expanded to accommodate a further 250 beds in the future as
all services have been designed for this ultimate capacity. The complex also features a 20-story Medical Arts Tower housing
200 doctors clinics. Amenities include dining facilities, 100% generator back-up, courtyard gardens, emergency helipad, IT/
communications facilities.
IACAI provided Project Management and Construction Management for the 12-month design period and current 28-month
construction period.

The Mind Museum
The project consists of a 6,110 square meter museum building which includes exhibit halls, educational centers, retail, outside
parking to be developed on a site area of about 12,500 square meters.

The Cebu City Marriott Hotel is undergoing a renovation plan to keep up with Cebu City's rising economy and lifestyle. It is
poised to modernize its looks and system to keep its no. 1 stature as Cebu City's Hotel of Choice and be known as Cebu City's

Tower. Located in
Makati City, Manilas premier business district, PBCom Tower comprises banking and office space use. It features a composite
slab structural system and a unitized curtain wall system facade cladding of granite, glass, and aluminum panels and frames
for finishes. Amenities include, a Health Club, Food Court dining facilities, membership Executive Lounge, and a rooftop
electronic / telecommunications tower.

The GLOBE TELECOM HEADQUARTERS (GTHQ) building is located at Seventh Avenue corner 32nd Street on a site area of 3,094
square meters property within the city center of Bonifacio Global City in Taguig. The project, which will house Globe's several
office branches all over Metro Manila will have 27 floors and six (6) basement parking and four (4) podium parking floors.

Relocated to the 17th Floor of Equitable Bank Tower along Paseo de Roxas, in the central business district of Makati, the
offices of PAGF now make their new home. This quasi-government organization required a relocation from their prior facility
and a reconfiguration of strategy in planning for their new facilities to include expansion capacity for 10 additional staff.

Baguio Vacation House
Along a sloping site near South Drive in Baguio City, the Baguio Vacation House is a multi-level design as a modern adaptation
of the indigenous architecture found in the Cordillera region of the Philippines. Through the roof line form linked pavilions,
and facade are characteristics of local style with extensive use of natural materials and openness. Other amenities include
outdoor viewing terraces, wood burning fireplaces, and a gymnasium.
