Company Profile Pro Info & Edu Consultant (PIEC) is a professional Bangladesh-based education

consultancy specialized in study/career counseling, course placement and international

student recruitment services. Our corporate objective is to offer global vision with a

personal touch in the education, bridging the information gap between East and West

to:

1. enable student clients make the wisest decision on future education and career

paths;

2. represent partner institutions’ best interest to recruit quality students rather than

purely students in sheer volumes;

3. facilitate greater public awareness of our partner institutions among prospective

students, parents, academics and recruiters.

Since our establishment in 2009 we have assisted over 500 Bangladeshi student

clients in gaining admissions to long-term academic courses in the UK, Germany, USA,

Canada and Malaysia. Many of our past student clients are now working in financial

sectors, management consulting, and various corporate roles in Bangladesh and

abroad. We work closely with a careful selection of universities around the world and

are the official representative of IGlobal University in USA, Camosan College in

Canada, Communikation Akoun & Scholten of DEU in Germany, ISBAUK College in

Malaysia.

The company is run by Proshun Ray and Ali Zabed, both are graduate from abroad and.

Our team consists of 5 field consultants and 4 administrative officers. We administer

course/school consultation services, manage customer relations, conduct pre-departure

briefing, and communication with partner institutions centrally at our Dhaka head office.

PIEC's consultants are all well educated, each specialized in their own fields, such as

trading, financial engineering, management consultancy, media journalism, brand

marketing, education, arts administration, electrical engineering, translations and

architecture, covering almost every possible academic area offered by overseas higher

education. Our consultants prove to be popular mentors among our student clients as

they bring forth extensive knowledge on various academic fields and international

schools, as well as industry links in the region of Bangladesh.

How do we operate?

In our main business operation, the team of consultants take charge of

course/university/career counseling and application preparation, while administrative

officers oversee the submission/tracking of applications and pre-departure procedures.

Through this job specialization structure, student clients are assured of receiving

tailored services that help them identify the best international opportunity to meet their

needs, including:

1. the best possible advice unmatched elsewhere from our consultants who studied in

the abroad,

2. dedicated and efficient support services from our administrative officers who are

highly experienced in communicating with our partner institutions about all matters

related to international student application and pre-arrival needs.

We understand that many of our partner institutions value quality more than quantity

and hope to achieve better recruitment results with less effort, thus our service has

been tailored to optimize offer and enrolment conversion rates, and to minimize extra

support required from partner institutions to reach these goals.

1. Filtered applications: Carefully select good students and avoid the bad on behalf of

our partner institutions prior to making applications to ensure we maintain a high offer

conversion rate (90%+)

2. Proactive marketing: Regularly contribute contents to mass media (National

newspapers, online discussion boards, prospectus and magazines) for PR exposure,

hold public seminars, forge links between local organizations/academic institutions.

Participation from partner institutions is welcomed but not mandatory as we can

confidently recruit students and well prepare them for overseas study on our own

accord
