Roled was established on January 08, 2007, located in Yexie, Songjiang district in Shanghai, China, with an

area of 10, 000 square meters, And 450 staffs. There are 30 professional and experience R&D engineers

specialized in structure, drivers, and control systems.

Roled has 19 sales office in 1st and 2nd tier cities in china, with 110 people stationed in these sales office to

offer pre-sale, mid-sale and after-sale services to lighting designers, dealers and end users.

In pursuit of mission commitment on “Committed to better service, become your best partner”, and insist on

the vision of “Committed to excellent products”. Roled persists in unique management philosophy, value and

Company Profile Roled has professional manufacturing team. The team has capability to control the quality strictly from

raw materials and components to finished products completely. Roled believes in “world class

materials and components, there are world class LED lighting products”. Most of Roled LED products

are in compliance with china GB requirement and CCC certification, and international certifications,

such as ROHS and CE etc.

In December 2013, Roled won the award “High-tech enterprises” certificate, which has been given to

Roled jointly by the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, Shanghai Municipal Finance

Bureau, Shanghai Municipal State Taxation Bureau, Shanghai Municipal Local Taxation Bureau. This

award demonstrated Roled’s innovative capability and market competitiveness.

From July 2014, Roled invited a Chinese-Canadian lean manufacturing program expert to be a coach

to help Roled team to implement “Lean Manufacturing Program”. By the end of June 2015, Roled has

built up “four U shape lean manufacturing production lines”. After completing lean manufacturing

program, overall product quality, production efficiency, delivery lead time and all kinds of waste have

been improved substantially. By implementing lean manufacturing program, it has enhanced Roled’s

management capability to a new level.
