Eyad Al AzaidehSenior Project Manager

As a quality and data mining expert, Eyad has built his 4 years’ experience with AC Nielsen working on diverse array of methodologies and study types, handling the data quality processes for large scale projects which serves several client sectors such as (NGOs, Telecom, Banking and FMCGs) tackling different types of research studies.

Eyad with his solid technical and programming background has developed and monitored data collection quality systems which helps develop data entry systems, controls and analysis tools that help ensuring consistent quality checks throughout the whole data collection phases.

Eyad has robust knowledge with the latest reporting software and technologies can fit our client’s dynamic demands by providing them with the most efficient reporting tools.

Eyad holds a Master degree in computer science “Information Retrieval” from Al Balqa Applied University in Jordan, alongside with his Bsc degree in software engineering from Al Israa University in Jordan.

Ahmad Abu HijlehFounder & General ManagerBelieving that quality of service, commitment and professionalism are the main drivers of client’s retention, Ahmad with his 14 years of passion in the beauty of marketing research built an intellectual research knowledge to support clients in understanding their research needs and providing them with state of the art data which is the key to build strategic business decisions on a scientific base. Ahmad worked with the most recognized research firms worldwide “Ipsos & AC Nielsen” led the operations and business intelligence department on a regional level “Jordan/Iraq/Palestine”.Ahmad is considered as a sampling expert and consultant, data quality guru and project management professional with a proven record of high client’s satisfaction rate through managing and executing large scale projects applying the best practices in data collection quantitatively and qualitatively with almost all types of business fields such as (NGOs, Telecommunication, Banking and FMCGs). During his vast experience; Ahmad has conducted lots of research topics and modules such as “Monitoring and Evaluation, Commercial Census, Media, Segmentation, Satisfaction, Market appraisals, post and pre evaluations and a lot more”. Ahmad is holding a BSc in Marketing from Mu’tah University; and in addition to his role in YWB, he is a certified trainer from “The Arab Trainers Unity; ILM & AdvancED” conducting trainings in marketing, operations management and soft skills.
