Havila Phoenix Vessel currently on charter with DeepOcean’s Competitor

DeepOcean has chartered the vessel for a period of 7 years starting late 1Q2014

110 m long DP2 vessel with 250 Te. AHC will be lengthened 17m (by owner)

Company owned tracked based trencher T3200 and ROV jet trencher T1000 will be installed on this vessel creating the industry leading trenching spread

Rem Ocean New-build 105m. long DP2 vessel will be

outfitted with a 50 Te. Module Handling System, 2 work class ROVs and 1 observation class ROV

DeepOcean has chartered the vessel for a period of 7+ years starting 1Q2014

Vessel will be used on DeepOcean’s new 5 year IMR contract with Statoil

Deep Helder DeepOcean has chartered the vessel for a period of 5 years

starting mid 2014 New-build 65m. long DP2 survey vessel will be outfitted with

one ROV and state-of-the-art survey equipment Cost effective vessel will be used on survey and trenching

support projects and managed by DeepOcean’s office in Den Helder
