Thank you for the opportunity to present your association with Blue Stream’s fiber-to-the-home

solution for Internet and TV services. Blue Stream has been in business for 40 years and our Fiber

Solutions team has been building and installing fiberoptic networks since 2002. Our focus on reliability,

customer service, great products and smooth installs makes us a true partner to the associations that

Get to know our team

Blue Stream has been serving home-owners associations, residents and businesses in South Florida

since 1978. We are a local company with offices in Coral Springs, Weston and Port St. Lucie. Due to

demand for a fiber to the home provider with great customer service we will be expanding to the West

Coast in Naples and Ft Myers. To us, being a local provider and having employees that truly care

differentiates us from the ‘Big Guys’ in the market. This also affords associations the advantage of

working with a partner that is responsive, flexibility and provides personal attention.

management team consists of industry professionals with a combined experience of over 150 years

in Internet and TV services.

• Internet Package: Get fast symmetrical internet speeds with our 200Mbps download / 200Mbps upload internet package. This also includes Managed in-home WiFi coverage with Commercial Grade WiFi routers and professional in-home WiFi setup/configuration. Plus, with Blue Stream there are NO DATA CAPS.

• TV Package: Over 200 channels in our Digital Core Package including HD Channels, On Demand, PPV and Music Choice. The wonderful lineup for this service is shown in the end of this proposal.

• Set-top-boxes: Three Wireless Set Top Boxes with TiVo and DVR, you can record up to 6 shows at once, plus all of your favorite apps with built in Voice Remote Control and 4k ready. This will cover 3 TV sets in the home. An Apple TV, Android TV box or Amazon Firestick can also be used as a fully functioning set top box.

• Term: We look forward to partnering with your community to provide services that you will love. The services and pricing shown here are based on a 10-year term.

• Increases: Annual Increases capped at 4%.

• Door Fee: In recognition of the exciting partnership Blue Stream will make a one-time payment to the association of $250 per unit x 132 homes the Total Association

days from system activation.

• Monthly Rate: Get the services shown above at the price of $91.95 per home. That is a discount of almost 70% off every-day.

• Blue Stream Flex Plan: Drop TV & keep internet during the term for a rate reduction and speed increase.
