I Corinthians 11:23-28 NKJV

“For I received from the Lord that which I also

delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same

night in which He was betrayed took bread;

and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said,

“Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you;

do this in remembrance of Me.”

In the same manner He also took the cup after

supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My

blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in

remembrance of Me…

I Corinthians 11:23-28 NKJV

…For as often as you eat this bread and drink this

cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes.

Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks this

cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be

guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.

But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat

of the bread and drink of the cup.”

We share Communion –

To Remember --

To Rejoice:

To Repent:

To Reconcile:

Page 6: Communion powerpoint with video

Most merciful God,

We confess that we have sinned against you in thought, word

and deed, by what we have done and by what we have left

undone. We have not loved you with our whole heart; we have

not loved our neighbors as our selves.

We are truly sorry and we humbly repent.

For the sake of your Son Jesus Christ, have mercy on us and

forgive us; that we may delight in your will, and walk in your

ways, to the glory of your Name.

Amen

Eternal God, heavenly Father, you have graciously accepted

us as living members of your Son our Savior Jesus Christ,

and you have fed us with spiritual food in the Sacrament of

His Body and Blood.

Send us now into the world in peace, and grant us strength

and courage to love and serve you with gladness and

singleness of heart; through Christ our Lord.

Amen.
