The communication system of any country plays an important role. In today’s world media is taken s the forth pillar of the state.
Communication system is very important in every aspect of life like business, information, current affairs, interaction, helping students, knowledge and awareness, gate keeping, interpretation and entertainment

What are the problems in communication with customers?
What impact does this problem to the employees?
How could it be improved in future? How better the customers could serve? Hoe to increase communication
between Etisalat and its customers? What are the technical problems?
LITERATURE REVIEW
The company Etisalat is facing critical situation in doing business while facing problems of bad internet service
The company should focus on all the factors rather than focusing a single factor as important
Focusing on all the factors will lead the company to long-term aspirations.
The communication system of the Etisalat is very weak
METHODOLOGY Methodology for this study needs multi
data collection method as research questions should clearly answer in the study.
The main method of research is qualitative but with little survey and I will use different secondary sources of information to understand the problem and its reasons for example I used many examples in literature review
DISCUSSION OF ISSUES IDENTIFIED
Etisalat, one of the largest mobile network service companies of the world, faced huge problems in satisfying the customers as it provides slow and bad service to the customers.
The reasons of problems identified in lack of communication is still unidentified as one of the IT officer told in the interview that Etisalat always try its best to solve customer problem as soon as possible
RECOMMENDATIONS Etisalat is the largest telecommunication
company of the UAE and provide mobile networks along with internet services.
Being a largest company of the region, Etisalat must concentrate on the issues especially those which have directly impact on the employees.
Customers are the most important part of any company and if the customers are not satisfied with the services, the company will lead to the failure
CONCLUSIONS
It is concluded throughout the study that being a largest telecommunication company, Etisalat should consider the discussed issues as more important than any other issue.
The main focus of the research was to highlight the problems in communication with the customers as mention in the introduction.
The study revealed many problems in communication system of Etisalat in communicating with the customers and how to satisfy them.
