OBJECTIVES
(i) To investigate the performance baselines for buildings
typologies in Putrajaya using Common Carbon Metric
(CCM).
(ii) To establish performance benchmarks for building
typologies in Putrajaya.
(iii) To support the National Low Carbon Cities Programme, a
government project under the Ministry of Energy, Green
Technology & Water, MALAYSIA and Malaysian Green
Technology Corp. Currently, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya
cities was selected to pioneer the green cities programme
/ demonstration.
(iv) To support the development of Low Carbon Building, such
as BCIS/CASBuilt and GreenPASS
