2. While keeping feet together rotate knee toward ceiling (1) for prescribed 

reps.

3. Next keeping knees together rotate top foot toward ceiling (2) for 

 prescribed reps.

4. Then lift top leg 6-8 inches, maintaining this position rotate foot toward 

ceiling (3) for prescribed reps.

5. Finally with top leg 6-8 inches above bottom leg, move top leg back in line

with body. Again maintain this position and with knee bent rotate foottoward ceiling (4) for prescribed reps.
