An ingenious machine concept with integrated automa-tion. The WAFIOS B 10 unites different bending pro-cedures in one unique machine concept. No extensiveaccessories are needed which ensures high flexibility evenwhen producing small batch sizes.

The future-oriented machine design combines high operating safety with latest operating comfort. Accessibi-lity and degrees of freedom have been increased, inter-fering contours have been diminished. A design which isnot only nice to look at but also space saving and secure.

The unique bending head positioning principle – from thetool to the tube via two rotary axes – enables right/leftbending for rotary-draw bending as well as free-form ben-ding operations. Up to 3 levels per bending direction arepossible without having to change tools. However, if retooling is necessary, tools can be changed in a simpleand effective way which ensures productivity and longmachine availability. An automatic pick-and-place functionfor tubes accelerates and simplifies the production pro-cess additionally.
