Tooling, Fixturing, Welding, Design and Prototyping for

the Aviation and Oil & Gas industries. With our extensive

background in the design and build of Fixturing, Piece

Parts, Test Fittings, Test Stands, Braze & Stack Tooling,

Weld Fixtures and Flow Labs for Heat Exchangers, Fuel

Heaters, Oil coolers, Actuators, Switches, Antennas,

Valves and many more components we can work quickly

and efficiently to help the customer gain the edge, put the

program online and start generating revenue. When it

comes to tooling, fixturing and prototyping we can work

and build to the engineers prints or we can assist in the

design and build as well as provide part documentation

such as prints, solid models and chemical analysis.

What we have found is that in every major company there

are 1 or 2 tooling employees that are required to put NPD

on each month as well as maintain/repair current tooling

for production. At the same time there are 5-10 engineers

working on NPD and cost savings fixtures but the tooling

employees can not keep up. This is where Fineline has been

Over the last year Fineline has expanded into a full production

run CNC and welding shop. We are AS9100 compliant. We can

handle production runs of 10 - 20,000. Another unique thing

about Fineline is that we will project manage your parts

through all processes if that is something requested. We will

handle everything from material, machining, welding,

bending, heat treating, grinding, painting, assembly, and

we now offer water jetting.
