Anthem Golf & Country Club is located in North Phoenix, off ofthe I-17, nestled in the quiet beauty of the high Sonoran desertfoothills. Anthem, a private country club, has 36 holes of scenicchampionship golf. We are pleased to offer two, full-serviced &unique golf shops to its Members & guests. Each of theseexclusive shops provides superior quality in both its merchandise& standard of service. Our two Championship Golf Courses,Ironwood & Persimmon, were desgined by Greg Nash both withdramatically different challenges, each course stretching morethan 7,200 yards. The more traditional Persimmon Course featuresa signature 18,000-square-foot double green that concludes boththe 9th & 18th holes. The more challenging Ironwood Coursetests low-handicap players, in particular, when they arrive at“Anthem Corner,” the 10th through 12th holes that play aroundwater to a par of 4, 3 & 5. Both courses feature dramaticelevations, boast large greens, multiple tee markers &breathtaking backdrops of the sun-splashed mountains. Thestately Saguaros & wine-hued foothills make the club's slogan "asecluded sanctuary with million dollar views" easy to understand. CLUBHOUSES Anthem Golf & Country Club uniquely offers two beautiful clubhouses. Both have spectacular views ofthe courses & entire Anthem Community. The Ironwood Ballroom & the Arbor Trellis Patio atPersimmon are only two among several perfect settings to host your pre & post tournamententertaining. With multiple venue options & a seating capacity of over 400, we have the ability toentertain every type of event. MERCHANDISE & TEE PRIZES Apparel lines include Adidas, Cutter & Buck, EP Pro, Greg Norman & Nike. The Club carries a completeline of golf clubs including Callaway Golf, Cobra, Nike, Ping, TaylorMade & Titleist. Booking a Golf Tournament WHEN RESERVING A GOLF TOURNAMENTAll clients must use the enclosed packet & reserve the tournament through the PrivateEvents a&Tournament Director, Kathy Cuaderno. The Club requires a deposit to reservethe tournament date & golf course. A second deposit of 50% of the estimated charges isdue no less than ninety (90) days prior to the event date. BALANCE OF PAYMENTThe final payment for the total estimated charges including, but not limited to: minimumplayer guarantee, food & beverage guarantee, additional services &/or rental equipmentwith service charge & sales tax, is due 72 hours prior to the event by cash, check, or creditcard. CANCELLATIONSIn the event of cancellation of the Tournament by the Host, the security deposit & anypartial payments will not be refunded. In addition, the Club will be entitled to acancellation fee: Less than 45 days prior to tournament = 100% of estimated revenue Less than 60 days prior to tournament = 75% of estimated revenue Less than 90 days prior to tournament = 50% of estimated revenue Should the Tournament be postponed by the Club due to inclement weather, allpayments received will be transferred to an agreed upon rescheduled date. If arescheduled date cannot be agreed upon, the security deposit will be retained & anypartial payments will be refunded. Should the Club cancel the Tournament after play hasbegun, all fees will be charged in full. Host may obtain cancellation insurance at Host’ssole cost & discretion.

GUEST GUARANTEEAn exact guaranteed number of players along with food & beverage guests is due no laterthan 7 days prior to the Tournament. If Host fails to provide the Club with the exactnumber of players & guests, the estimated numbers provided above will become theguarantee, even if fewer players participate. Host will be responsible for 100% of the costsof the Tournament & will be charged for the higher amount of the actual number ofplayers along with food & beverage guests, or (b) the guaranteed number of players alongwith food & beverage guests; but in no event less than the minimums indicated above. DRESS CODE No one will be permitted to play golf or use the practice facilities unless they are wearinggolf shoes with soft spikes or an appropriate athletic shoe with a non-aggressive treadthat will not damage the greens (e.g., smooth-soled tennis shoes) Allowed on the Course & Practice Areas:- Men: Slacks, pants, golf shorts, collard shirts, turtle necks, mock turtle necks & sweaters- Women: Golf skirts, dresses, golf shorts, skorts, blouses, golf shirts & sweaters- Hats, visors or caps must be golf or tennis appropriate & worn in a conventional manner -bill forward Not Allowed on the course or Practice Areas:- Workout attire- Cargo style shorts or pants, baggy/low riding shorts or slacks- Tee Shirts, tank tops, cutoffs, frayed or worn apparel, sweatpants, sweatshirts- Swim wear- Denim in any style or color- Scantily - clad or risqué attire, clothing with verbiage or symbols the Club would deem asoffensive
