PVC Frame:
Strong, light in weight and a better insulator than aluminum. Prevents condensation, will not deteriorate from the suns UV rays.
Glazing: Acrylic is optical grade, and guaranteed against yellowing and clouding for 10
years. Light in weight; 17 times more impact resistant than glass of equal thickness 10-15% better insulator than standard, clear glass of equal thickness.
Bellows Design: Most unique feature: built into the PVC frame.
It allows the acrylic to expand and contract; therefore, the insert will not Pop-Off.
Magnetic Material: Extruded material that is applied to the back of the PVC frame. The magnetic seal at 12-14 lbs per linear foot is the industrys strongest and
responsible for our virtually airtight seal.

It is virtually invisible once installed and is easily removed forcleaning, storage or maintenance to the primary window cavity.
Metal L brackets or flat steel tape strips are attached to theperimeter of the window opening or against false stops ,allowing the magnetized insert to seal the opening correctly.

The Acoustic Series window insert specifically focuses on soundabatement across all frequency levels.
While the Thermal Series boasts up to 55-60% from pre-existing
levels, the Acoustic Series elevates to 80% sound reduction.
The series is an ideal choice for many residential, commercial andhistorical applications; examples: Hotels/Motels, Airport Areas,Main Street USA, Railroad Tracks, Industrial Parks and
anywhere high level of noise is generated.
Differences; 1/4 acrylic thickness, acoustical weather strip foamand a larger air space between primary window and ClimateSEAL (up to 6).

The interior insulating system is designed specifically for thehistorical community.
Many local, state and federal historical agencies, including the
National Park Service, have granted use of this interior mountedproduct.
Offers 98% filtration from the suns harmful UV rays, vs. 85%with our standard acrylic.
The Climate Seal Preservation Series maintains the integrity of
any historic building without compromising the windowpresentation.

Do nothing; existing conditions will remain the same or furtherdeteriorate.
Replace the windows with wood, or PVC, thus furtherburdening our local landfills and being Anti Green.
Refurbish the existing windows only (buying more time) w/oproperly addressing the inefficiency of single paned glass and
porous perimeter seal.
Install exterior storm windows (exterior protection, minimalperformance enhancement)
Install interior, insulating Climate Seal inserts AND refurbishprimary windows for maximum sustainability and rapid ROI!!!

The company was started nearly 30 years ago by Roland &Dennis Petit of Portland, Maine.
It actually began as a hardware store in 1947 and eventually
transformed into a contracting business, that concentrated on thewinterization of homes through the use of roofing, siding andblown insulation.
The next phase was to manufacture and install exterior stormwindows.
From there, they designed the current product with theproprietary bellows system that is used today.
The company is now in the process of gaining a national presence.
