Vendor Management:Providing great results for our clients starts with setting up our guard vendors to succeed. With 2000+ screened and vetted guard vendors nationwide, Protos has invested heavily in our vendors to ensure they too have the tools needed to meet the demands of our clients. With Protos tools, our vendors become “Super Vendors!”

available• Vendors receive tardies • Auto-notify vendors when Certificate of Insurance

(COI) & License are about to expire• Vendors competitively bid against each other • Vendors receive electronic timesheets

No wasting gas to pick up paper timesheets!• Follow up with vendors when QA issues surface

• Vendors receive a copy of real-time incidents • Weekly KPI report discussions

• Missing clock-out alerts, job continuity alerts

Quality Assurance & Hot Spots:Each Assignment lasting more than three days will be subject to a quality assurance (QA) call. This consists of a list of questions targeted at the objectivity of the guard’s performance. Our QA specialists quickly, yet diligently, retrieve an unbiased questionnaire at the store level... “boots on the ground.” If an issue is uncovered, it is placed on the “Hot Spot” dashboard and an action plan is developed to resolve the issue promptly.

Preventative Maintenance for your guard program.

Tardy AlertAmerica’s best guard management must occasionally deal with guards that are late to clock-in. With Protos there are distinct advantages. First, you only pay for the time worked. Second, data transparency ensures that everyone involved is aware of the tardy, and the data is logged for further QA evaluation.
