WHERE INGENUITY AND HARD WORK...
Most workers dread Mondays. At Clickbooth, we make sure this is never the case. TGIM is an effort to motivate our employees to remain enthusiastic about coming to work. The first Monday of every month, a CB team shows up bright and early to make breakfast for the entire CB Family. The tradition creates team building as well as excitement about the work week and and the potential opportunities it holds for us as a company.

SPIRIT WEEK
Field Day is an afternoon of sun, fun, and friendly competition; an event that truly showcases our work hard, play hard lifestyle. Teams are created at random across every department. Prior to Field Day, each team meets to discuss top-secret strategies. From Potato Sack Races and Giant Jenga, to Tug-O-War and Dizzy Bat Relay Races, every single team shows up to play hard and work together to take home a victory for their favorite charity.

Congratulations to team Las Pelotas Del Fuego Rojo aka “The Red Balls of Fire,” Clickbooth’s 2013 Field Day Champions! This amazing team was proud to donate $2,500 to the American Red Cross in support of the victims of the Boston Marathon Tragedy.

FIELD DAY
Afterwards, life returns to normal as they reminisce about the bygone days of the battles. They talk about the best shoot-outs, the epic sword fighting, and the daily email updates by The Commish. There’s one thing they don’t talk about, that shadow hiding in the back of their minds. Deep down they know, one day, when they least expect it, an email will arrive bearing one month’s notice and the rules for the next CBSniper.

TRADITION# 105
An email arrives in everyone’s inbox bearing one month’s notice and the newest set of rules, followed by weekly reminders counting down. Taunting, teasing, and smack talking lead to the inevitable visit by the Commissioner (“The Commish”), with their target’s name. Over the next hour everyone prepares in their own way for the compe-
tition. Alliances are forged, and friendships are put on hold, because it’s about to get real up in here. Each one holds out some small hope their name won’t appear in the daily “Butcher’s Bill”, but they know deep down that the odds are stacked against them. Then it begins...
No one wants to be the first one killed, and by extension the subject of The Commish’s rid-icule for the rest of the game. The sounds of running feet, plastic slides chambering round after round, the pop of spring-loaded pneumatic pumps, battery powered motors revving up to speed, and the sound of Nerf darts whizzing across the room fill the air. Slowly but surely, more and more competitors shuffle, crestfallen to their desks, having felt the soft thud of Nerf.
